From the Founder
Founded in 2023 by Shanti Sheba Reniguntala, SHA Estimating & Scheduling LLC was built on nearly two decades of real-world construction experience, supported by a strong academic foundation: a Master’s in Construction Management and a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering.
After stepping away from my full-time role to care for my family and be more present for my twin boys, what began as a home-based consulting practice quickly gained momentum. Former client, colleagues and peers I had worked with over the years began reaching out, asking for help on their projects. I was deeply grateful for those connections—and honored to be recognized for the expertise I had spent years developing.
That initial spark grew into something far more meaningful. I chose to fully embrace this new chapter and grow it into a business rooted in service, purpose, and a genuine passion for the work.
As the founder and president of SHA Estimating & Scheduling, I launched this firm with one mission: to bring clarity, precision, and reliability to construction cost and schedule planning. With 20 years of industry experience, I’ve had the privilege of supporting a wide range of projects—including billion-dollar hospital campuses, high-security correctional facilities, airports, rail and roadway infrastructure, land development, custom home remodels, and LEED-certified civic buildings.
My vision for SHA Estimating & Scheduling has always been to serve as a true partner—not just a service provider. We take the time to understand each project’s goals, constraints, and challenges. Whether developing detailed preconstruction estimates, analyzing change orders, or building integrated CPM schedules, our work is grounded in accuracy, responsiveness, and integrity.
